Sigma Dave

In the heart of the Oregon woods, Dave the sasquatch was known for his impressive stature and adventurous spirit. But what really set him apart was his independent nature—he was a true sigma.

While other sasquatches preferred to roam in packs, Dave enjoyed solitude. He spent his days exploring hidden valleys, scaling rugged mountains, and mastering the art of foraging. One crisp morning, he discovered a secluded waterfall, its crystal-clear waters cascading into a tranquil pool. It was the perfect spot for reflection and relaxation.

One day, while relaxing by the water, Dave overheard a group of hikers discussing a legendary creature that roamed the woods. They speculated about what it would be like to meet this elusive being, not knowing they were just a stone’s throw away from Dave himself.

Feeling a mix of amusement and pride, Dave decided to show them he existed, but on his own terms. He quietly gathered some branches and stones, crafting a series of intricate symbols on the ground near the waterfall. Then he retreated to a safe distance, watching as the hikers stumbled upon his art.

The hikers were mesmerized. “Look! Do you think this is a sign from the sasquatch?” one of them exclaimed.

Dave chuckled to himself, enjoying their wonder from afar. He relished the thought of being a mysterious legend, a figure of intrigue rather than a typical creature of the woods.

As the sun began to set, casting a golden hue over the forest, Dave decided to leave one last mark. He carefully placed a large footprint in the mud, big enough for the hikers to see. Then, he slipped away, leaving them with a story they would never forget.

Later that evening, as the hikers recounted their adventure around a campfire, Dave sat quietly atop a nearby hill, feeling content. He embraced his sigma nature—strong, independent, and free. In that moment, he knew that being a legend wasn’t about fitting in; it was about embracing who he truly was. And with that thought, he smiled, ready for whatever adventure awaited him next.
